Alberta 2005 Centennial Railway Museum Society
Located in Beiseker Alberta, the museum is situated on an abandoned portion of the old CPR Langdon subdivision.  Land owned by Trans Canada Trails, and managed by Alberta Trailnet, has been leased to the museum to become part of the Trans Canada Trail Network.

Alberta Central Railway Museum
The featured story of the museum is CPR's influence on the Wetaskiwin area and Western Canada. Displays include vintage CPR passenger cars, freight equipment and a recent addition of a 1906 grain elevator. The exhibit car contains information on the CPR railway and its employees. Train rides are also offered.

Museum of the Highwood
In downtown High River is the historic CPR train station that now houses the museum. After exploring the history of the Highwood River Basin stop by the Whistle Stop Café. The Café is located next door to the museum in a restored 1940s style CNR dining car.

Nar Golden Coach Museum
A railway museum with artifacts from the days of the steam engines and especially with history of the Northern Alberta Railway which played a large part in the history of McLennan and area.

Stettler Town and Country Museum
The museum covers an area of 10 acres
and features 26 building full of various artifacts, buildings include a CNR Station (1911). There is also a "speeder" which provides rides on the tracks around the museum grounds.

Wainwright Railway Preservation Society Museum
The museum's collection includes a variety of books, manuals, rail operating orders, historic railway tools as well as two pieces of rolling stock. The CN vintage 1970s transfer cab and a former sleeping car built in 1923 for CN, the Matapedia.
